Where do I get a new or additional gate remote?
New remotes can be purchased from the
property management company. If your remote breaks, a new one must be purchased.
Why is the front gate stuck open?
If the front gate is not closing then it could require fixing. Please contact the
property management company and let them know. They will arrange to have it repaired.
What are the "randomly" placed blue reflective markers in the middle of the road?
These mark where fire hydrants are.
What area am I responsible for on the back side of my house?
Fines will be given for weeds on the backsides of the houses. Many people are only cleaning the weeds from the gate side of the property. You are also responsible for the area between the driveway and the side of the house on the opposite side of the gate as well. Please be sure to confirm your property lines to avoid any fines.
