- Sexton Pest Control and Landscaping provide the residents of Tatum Village with a special rate because they are already on the property and are servicing a number of houses. - Included in the $25/month rate is mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, raking, debris and plant removal. This is valid during regular, pre-scheduled (preset) visits which are on the 3rd and 4th Friday of every month and includes the front yard only. Additional rates apply for back yard.
